Keystone Talent Bank secures internal agency contract with London South Bank University

Keystone Talent Bank has announced it has been successful in its bid to supply London South Bank University with an internal employment agency solution.

Following a competitive tender process, Keystone Talent Bank was selected as the preferred supplier, with a proven model of using software as a service combined with operational support. The contract will run for 5 years, with an initial term of 2 years.

The Keystone Talent Bank solution provides a cloud based service enabling students to register whilst studying at a university and form part of a smart talent pool available to a university and its business partners to offer work opportunities on and off campus. The Talent Bank system automates onboarding of students as workers and handles compliance to ensure the students can work legally and within working time restrictions.

Automated timesheets and payroll options make the process more cost and time efficient and enables external business partners to easily offer work opportunities to students and graduates. Keystone Talent Bank is already servicing a range of other educational institutions including Brunel University London, Natural History Museum, Canterbury Christ Church University, London Metropolitan University and King’s College London.

By allowing a university and its business partners to engage with students 24/7 on any device, Talent Bank makes student employability more convenient and accessible and enables organisations to reduce their reliance on recruitment agencies.
