None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. 8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
