Keystone Talent Bank, the leading provider of online workforce management solutions, has won the award for Best Online Recruitment Solutions Provider in the 2024 Corporate Vision Corporate Excellence Awards.

The award recognises the strength of the Talent Bank platform in the higher education sector in the UK, where Keystone’s technology has led to faster, lower cost and more automated hiring and management of contingent workers.

During 2024 Keystone launched several key enhancements to the Talent Bank platform, making the solution ever more better suited to handling academic workers, including occasional contractors. This is a segment of the workforce management in higher education that has been notoriously difficult to manage in universities historically, due to its complex array of pay tariffs and business rules.

In addition, Keystone introduced a range of new features to help its clients move away from legacy employment agencies, which are notoriously high cost and increasingly out of favour with workers in the education sector.

Keystone’s proprietary Talent Bank platform enables organisations to directly recruit and manage workers, including temporary and contingent workers without the use of an agency, saving cost for the client and creating a faster, more convenient access to new roles for workers.
