Keystone Talent Bank wins place on G Cloud 14

The latest iteration of the Crown Commercial Service Cloud Digital Marketplace procurement platform, G Cloud14, has gone live and once more Keystone Talent Bank has successfully won a place on the digital marketplace.

The Crown Commercial Service Digital Marketplace (known as G Cloud) enables the entire UK public sector to access a series of purchasing frameworks for digital services, as part of the ‘cloud first’ policy aimed at making it faster and more accessible for public sector bodies to move services digital.

Keystone Talent Bank has been on every iteration of G Cloud since G Cloud 10, and each year the digital marketplace is open for qualifying suppliers to apply.

Since its inception, over £16billion has been spent procuring digital services via G Cloud, and the service is especially valuable to SME suppliers on the marketplace, with SME providers accounting for around 44% of all spend during 2023/24.

By procuring digital services via G Cloud, public sector bodies can avoid lengthy and costly tender processes, which often preclude smaller suppliers and limit choice and thus opportunities for savings.

The ongoing success of the Digital Marketplace has made it easier for services such as Talent Bank to be made available to an ever wider audience, and has helped the business to grow.

Malcolm Paice, Managing Director for Keystone Talent Bank said: “We are very proud to have once again secured our place on G Cloud, now in its fourteenth iteration. In our work in the higher education sector it is easier than ever for them to procure our services via direct call off from the Digital Marketplace, and our clients love the fact this saves the time and hassle of a full tender process, as they know they are getting a quality product at best possible value. Because Talent Bank has always been cloud hosted, we are a great fit for the ‘cloud first’ approach which is driving efficiencies across the public sector.”

Talent Bank is an online platform for the hiring, management, compliance and payment of contingent workforces and features a high degree of configurability, making it ideal for many public sector organisations that often feature complex pay tariffs and need to minimise the risk of non-compliant workers.
